2. Product Information
We work to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in color, size, or material may occur, particularly for wigs, hair products, and apparel, due to manufacturing and photography differences. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and to cancel and refund affected orders.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure; we do not store your full payment card details.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, wigs, lashes, and cosmetics that have been opened, worn, or used are final sale. Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Kollections and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it, including but not limited to allergic reactions, product misuse, or shipping delays. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Cosmic Kollections name, logo, “Discover. Align. Elevate.” tagline, product photography, and written descriptions — is the property of Cosmic Kollections and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, including through hacking, scraping, or introducing malicious code.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
