Cosmic Kollections was founded by Tiyanna Nunn, a Black transgender woman and entrepreneur committed to building a welcoming place for self-expression, discovery, and purposeful shopping.

Is Cosmic Kollections inclusive and LGBTQIA+-friendly?

Absolutely. Everybody is welcome here. We celebrate individuality, self-expression, and the right to show up as your full self.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We work to keep the catalog current. If an item cannot be restocked through our distribution partners within 14 days, it will be removed from the website.

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund. To qualify, please include the original packaging and all items that came with your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund is issued once the returned item is received.

Will return shipping be reimbursed?

Please return the item in its original box when possible. If you use another appropriate shipping method, keep your shipping receipt; return shipping may be reimbursed when you provide the receipt.

Can I combine promo codes?

No. Promo codes and discounts cannot be stacked. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless a specific offer clearly says otherwise.
